Heating and cooling
Heating and hot water is Wi-Fi connected and controlled via a ‘Smart’ system. There is no internal thermostat or control within the barn. We have tried to keep the cottages as eco-friendly as possible with minimal or zero emission footprint. The heating and hot water systems are timed to come on from 5am-9am and 3pm-8pm. If you experience any issues or wish to request higher or lower heating or additional hot water, please text the number in the Short Guide at the start.
**Please note that before requesting further hot water, each cottage has a tank big enough to fill two bathtubs, if the hot water has run out, it will take some time to fill back up again.

The property has been fully equipped with safety equipment for your protection, including first aid kit, smoke/heat alarms and a fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen. Please do not move or remove it from the property and please notify the property manager/housekeeper immediately if you believe any safety equipment is missing or not working properly.
