We took great care and time with the renovation works, ensuring that it was to a high standard, keeping as many natural features as we could, but also incorporating modern fixtures.

We are working on increasing our capacity from four Lodges within the barns orchard, to 6 lodges and 4 Bell tents in total, keeping in theme with our luxury high end barn. These further properties will be Luxury Pods located in the orchard of the Estate, they will also be fully self-catered for, with private bathrooms and kitchenettes, for people who like the idea of camping, but like the idea of luxury as well.

It is difficult to do this with the market dominated by large third-party booking agents, but hopefully if you have found us here, you now are able to book direct.

We pride ourselves with providing welcome guides and information to ensure your stay with us is as pleasant as possible, ensuring our knowledge of local areas is present.

Although we are sure that if you have chosen the Cotswolds, its likely you already have done your research and already have a mini break goal in mind, whether it be to visit the Gold Cup Cheltenham Races, Prescott Hill Climb, Sudeley Castle, Broadway, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Cotswold Farm Park or any of our beautiful villages, towns and local eateries, there is always plenty to do. Sometimes the best breaks are just doing nothing!

We try to keep everything as fair as possible and build a reputation for repeat customers.

The little things make a difference when having a break, so we include free to use highchairs, travel cots, hair dryers, irons, hand soaps, linen, towels, basic games, fridge, free WIFI and Smart TVs in all our properties to give you piece of mind.

All our properties are inspected regularly, our house keeping team keep on top of ensuring the quality of the properties are always met.
